Windows does it again(aka why I hate windows)

hey sry I haven't posted here as promised but I haven't done ANY THING!!
not online at least, so I've had no material to put up especially ssince
all these fun quotes i had up and vanished. ahh well Microsoft has
managed to dumb its self down even further and make it harder for the
average user to fix problems them selfs, while, at the same time
fulfilling a prophecy, and just being funny. explanations <a
